The Marriage Retreat
Marriage is a continual series of choices: Choosing to love, to understand, to know, and to minister each other. The freedom to choose is a gift that God has given us. Hence we as married couples must utilize the power to choose wisely within His Will. The Word of God outlines certain truths that guide your abilities to achieve greater emotional and physical closeness with your spouse. And it is with great excitement and honor that God has blessed us with another married couples getaway that will help you do exactly that: To develop, strengthen, and rejuvenate your marriage. The retreat has been designed so that you and your spouse will be able to interact with other married couples in a class setting and afterwards, have quality, private moments with your loved one. Our goal is to foster an environment that nurtures, sustains, and regenerates marriage to another level in your life, through the counsel and power of Jesus Christ! We are privileged to hold our Marriage Retreat at Carlsbad again this year in the company and fellowship of the saints of God, with our Guest Speakers: Bro. Ted & Sis. Beth Erskine of Newport, North Carolina. It is our sincere hope and desire that you choose to participate in our annual Marriage Retreat and come away with a break through and revelation for your marital union!
The Romantic Venue
The Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort is steps to the beach and within the quaint village of Carlsbad, California. Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort offers 62 charming Hotel Rooms accommodating 2 to 4 people and 132 one and two bedroom condominiums accommodating 4 to 6 persons. Many hotel rooms have kitchenettes, views, some have fireplaces and private spas. The Carlsbad Inn has reserved a block of rooms for those attending our Marriage Retreat at a special rate of $149 per night (not including room tax of 10%) for two nights, Friday October 22nd and Saturday October 23rd. Each couple will be responsible for calling the reservation desk directly, reserving, and paying for their own room for two nights. Carlsbad is well known for antique shopping, boutique browsing and its great array of dining opportunities. From the resort, comfortably walk with your spouse to many boutiques, antique shops and more than 25 delightful restaurants and cafes. Stroll to the water's edge to experience the exhilaration of Carlsbad's five miles of romantic beaches.
